1. What is real life coaching?
Real life coaching is about helping you create positive, lasting change in your everyday life. It’s not counselling or therapy — it’s a forward-focused approach that gives you tools, strategies, and support to reach your goals.

2. Who do you work with?
I work with people from all walks of life. Many of my clients are rebuilding after challenges such as addiction recovery, struggling with confidence, or feeling stuck in their careers or personal lives. I also work with young people who found the school system wasn’t for them and need guidance moving forward.

3. How do coaching sessions work?
Sessions are one-to-one, either in person or online (via Zoom/phone). We’ll talk through where you are now, where you want to go, and create a plan to help you get there.

4. How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your personal goals. Some people benefit from just a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support over a longer period. We’ll figure out what works best for you.

5. Do you share my personal information?
No — everything we discuss is completely confidential. Trust and honesty are at the heart of my coaching.
